Pahada School Volunteers Clean Tappa in Kangra

During the fourth day of the seven-day special camp at Government Senior Secondary School, Pahda, Palampur (Kangra), National Service Scheme volunteers actively participated in cleaning the school premises. The event was organized under the supervision of program officers Vinod Kumar and Nisha Awasthi.

Apart from cleaning the school premises, the volunteers also extended their efforts to clean the area around the Panchayat Ghar in the adopted village Tappa, spreading awareness about the importance of cleanliness among the local residents. During an enlightening session, Additional Station Incharge Madan Lal Sharma from Panchrukhi Police Station educated the children about road safety.

Additionally, retired SP (Vigilance) Shimla, Rajindra Singh Bhatia, shared valuable insights on career progression and the harmful effects of drug abuse with the attendees. The event was graced by the presence of Principal Ram Prakash, who honored the guests by presenting them with mementos. Panchayat head Mehar Chand, along with other prominent figures like Mahadev, Rajni Thakur, and Kamaljeet, also attended the occasion.
